The attorney general’s office maintains a database of convicted offenders and tracks how many “strikes” offenders have against them for frivolous state court actions. Indiana law prohibits a convicted offender from filing more than three frivolous lawsuits. The statute (IC 34-58) and its provisions can be found at http://www.in.gov/legislative/ic/code/title34/ar58/ch1.html. Court orders on the cases that have been deemed frivolous can be viewed under each individual’s name listed below.
