The Attorney General’s Office may file lawsuits on behalf of the state of Indiana against companies that violate laws protecting consumers. The searchable database contains legal actions filed by the Consumer Protection Division, along with subsequent orders issued by the courts. It also contains agreements between the state and companies or individuals that have been filed with the court to address alleged consumer protection violations. The database contains actions filed since January 1, 2006 and can be searched by the first letter of the company or by an owner's name.
